Per-student annual pricing.
You're charged once a year, per enrolled student. No per-teacher seat fees, no per-parent fees, no per-module add-ons that creep onto the invoice halfway through the year.

Volume tiers for trusts.
Per-student rate steps down as the count goes up. A trust running three campuses pays a fairer rate per student than a single small school does — because that's how the unit economics actually work.

Onboarding is included.
Data migration, user provisioning, fee structure setup, and staff training are part of the annual fee. Not a one-time onboarding line item that doubles the first year.
